Oh, to be young again ...

I think that says it all, don't you?

On the other hand, if I were to be a kid all over again and I did things differently, I might not end up with the wonderful kids that I have now. Unthinkable! So I guess I will leave things be (like I have a choice, right?!) Here's a page I did, sketching and gluing to represent all the activities of the weekend. Hope you had a great Mother's Day weekend, too!

  1. Knowing what you know now - that's what people in more primitive cultures have as change comes so much more slowly and they also teach their children to listen to the elders. They grow up knowing what the elders know. In our society, especially since WWII the world has been changing so rapidly the elders no longer know quite what to say and the young know too many new things to bother listening to the elders anyway. Hopefully we find a happy medium!
